Returning Your Mattress
Your HLM Mattress can be returned for refund provided the following simple conditions are met:
1. You have had a complimentary comfort exchange and have tried the new comfort system for 30 days.
2. It is within the 120 day limit since delivery of your mattress.
3. An effective mattress protector has been used at all times and therefore there are no stains on the top panel or damage elsewhere on the mattress.
How do I Return my Mattress for a Full Refund?
1. Take a picture of the top panel of your mattress and take it to the Health Professional from which you purchased your mattress. Your Health Professional will most likely approve the refund and contact us.
2. We will then contact you and organise a time for collection.
3. Within 3 days of collection of your mattress, we will contact your Health Professional and confirm collection and authorise your Health Professional to refund you in full.
